  • Representative of a Client: The data we collect about you may include your or your client’s: name, job title, address, email address, phone number, bank details and marketing preferences.

We collect this information for a number of reasons and may use the data for the services we provide to you or your client.

The data we collect may be used for initialising a commercial relationship with you or your client and setting up an account respectively; managing that relationship or account; sending you tailored marketing materials we believe will be of interest; admin/record keeping; to comply with legal and regulatory obligations; to protect our business and properties and/or to protect or defend our legal rights.

The legal basis for our use of data about you or your clients is: to fulfil our legitimate business interests that shall not be overridden by your rights or protections; to comply with our contract with you or your client; and/or to comply with legal obligations to which we are subjected. Use of Data

Data we collect about/from you or your clients is processed and stored on servers in the UK and is not transferred overseas. We take appropriate measures, both organisational and technical, to protect the data that we hold from unauthorised access, use, disclosure or alteration.   • With landlords or partners (i.e. retail park landlord/managing agents, retail outlets with whom we work, universities and students’ unions, etc.) when ensuring compliance with their policies;

Where we are not legally obliged to retain data for regulatory compliance, the length of time we will retain it shall vary dependent on the purposes for which it was collected or whether you have requested its deletion. We will not retain yours or your clients’ data for longer than is considered necessary to fulfil the purposes for which we collected the data.

You reserve the following rights in respect of the data that we hold about you:

  • You may request to restrict our use of the data;

  • You may request your data is not used for marketing;
